1. What this site is

landbrot-guesthouse.com is an independent information site about Landbrot Guesthouse, in Kirkjubæjarklaustur (Iceland). It does not belong to the property, does not handle bookings and does not take payments. It takes part in the Booking.com affiliate programme: if you book through our links, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

2. Use of the site

You agree:

• to use the site only for lawful and legitimate purposes;
• not to reproduce, distribute or modify its content without prior permission;
• not to do anything that could harm the operation of the site.

3. Bookings and payments

Bookings are not processed on this site: when you click a booking link you go to Booking.com, and from then on its terms, prices and cancellation policy apply. We do not take payments, do not issue receipts and have no access to your booking.

4. Accuracy of the information published

The prices, ratings, availability and features of the property published here come from Booking.com and were checked on 17 September 2026. They change over time: the figure that always counts is the one Booking shows at the moment you book.

5. Intellectual property

The texts and design of this site are our own work. The photographs, ratings and guest reviews belong to Booking.com or their respective owners, and are shown under the affiliate programme. The cover photo is from Pexels, under its free licence. Reproducing all or part of the site without express written permission is prohibited.

6. Third-party links

This site contains links to, and embedded content from, third parties (Booking.com, Google, OpenStreetMap). They are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the information published here, or for problems with your booking, your stay or the property's services, which are the responsibility of the property and Booking.com.

We may change these Terms of use at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These Terms of use are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Iceland.
